Stephanie Morrell
Morrell joined the Bellingham Bells in October 2013 as the team’s Marketing Director. She was named General Manager in January 2016 and President & GM in November 2024. Morrell has been named West Coast League Executive of the Year twice (2021, 2024).

Kevin Schmitt
Kevin Schmitt is the General Manager of the Phillips 66 Refinery in Ferndale and has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Originally from Kansas, he graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University and started his career with Phillips 66.

Tom Soran
Tom Soran is the Director of Manufacturing at Metrie Inc. a leading North American wood moulding manufacturer where he brings over two decades of experience in sales, operations, and team leadership. A proud University of Washington graduate with a business degree, earning a reputation for operational excellence.

Erica Quam
Erica Quam is the Pacific Northwest Partnership Manager for Positive Coaching Alliance bringing training, tools and resources to sports organizations so every child, regardless of social or economic circumstance, can have access to a positive youth sports experience.

Brent Lillibridge
Brent Lillibridge is a former Major League Baseball player who spent six seasons with the Braves, White Sox, Red Sox, Cubs, and Yankees. Today, Brent brings that same passion into his role as co-founder and CEO of BASE By Pros, a player development organization dedicated to mentoring athletes on and off the field.

Matt is a seasoned financial services executive currently serving as Senior Vice President, Growth at Whatcom Educational Credit Union (WECU), where he is a member of the senior leadership team. With over two decades of experience, he has led diverse teams and strategic initiatives across the credit union.

Sara Nichols Chaibai
Sara's journey reflects the transformative power of sports. From her career as a WWU women’s basketball player and coach, where she was part of nine consecutive teams that reached nationals and achieved a 228-62 record and now to her leadership role as Chief of Staff at the Whatcom Community Foundation.

Liz moved to Bellingham in 2018 and attended her first Bellingham Bells game shortly after. She currently serves as the Manager of Community Affairs for Puget Sound Energy (PSE), a role that keeps her learning about the latest clean energy opportunities, connecting with local partners, and supporting collaboration for today’s energy needs.
